Tamyouz delivers medical, scientific, and laboratory equipment across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including major cities and remote areas. We serve hospitals, universities, research institutions, and private laboratories nationwide. International shipping is available upon request for clients in the GCC and Middle East region.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on product type and availability:

• In-stock items (consumables, reagents, small equipment): 5–7 business days
• Standard laboratory equipment: 7–10 business days
• Specialized or imported instruments: 10–14 business days
• Custom orders or bulk institutional orders: Timeframe communicated upon order confirmation

Delivery dates are estimated and may vary depending on product sourcing from international manufacturers. We will notify you of any delays promptly.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. For institutional and bulk orders, free delivery may be available. Shipping fees will be communicated at the time of quotation.

4. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Chemicals, reagents, and consumables cannot be returned once opened due to safety regulations
• Custom-ordered or calibrated equipment is non-returnable

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. All claims for damaged goods must be accompanied by the original packaging for inspection.
